School for Chinese elementary kids in downtown Victoria.

Empress Hotel in downtown Victoria. Our caravan treated us to tea at the Empress at $60 a plate. Rather expensive for "fru-fru" sandwiches, but it was fun.
Victoria is the capitol of British Columbia. We took a tour of the Parliament Building.
Looking from our campground across the bay to Victoria. 150 sea planes take off or land every day.
